Requirements

• Entry-to-practice academic credential in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited Canadian program or a MARRT approved equivalent
• Current registration with the MARRT
• Current registration/membership in the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) is preferred
• BLS - Provider, NRP, ACLS, PALS
• Knowledge of Regulated Health Professions Act, Professional Standards of Practice, and Code of Ethics
• Ability to respect and promote a culturally diverse population
• Proficiency of both official languages is essential for target and designated bilingual positions
• Good work and attendance record
• Valid Class 5 driver's license, an all-purpose insured vehicle and liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.00
• Ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the job
