IT-Support Engineer (gn)

We are looking for an IT-Support Engineer to join our team. As a permanent employee, you will provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for users, acceptance, classification, and processing of support tickets, and commissioning, maintenance, and management of clients. Our company is a growth-oriented, internationally active retail sector company with a strong focus on digitization and automation.

Requirements

• Completed education in the IT sector or comparable experience
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Office365 or Azure
• Experience in creating user documentation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High service orientation, team ability, and self-initiative
• Very good German and English skills
