Job Description
Internal IT-Support role with responsibilities including 1st-level support, installation and maintenance of Windows and macOS clients, and management of users and roles in Atlassian tools. Looking for someone with IT field education or experience and good German language skills.
Requirements
- Education in the IT field or practical experience in IT support
- Very good Windows knowledge and basic knowledge of macOS
- Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Good communication skills, service orientation, and team spirit
- Very good German knowledge (at least C1)
