The Audit Manager - Manufacturing & Distribution position is responsible for managing audit, review, compilation engagements, and multiple teams. The role involves providing performance feedback, partnering with senior managers, directors, and partners, and researching and communicating guidance on complex accounting matters. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a CPA license, and 5 years of experience in public accounting.
Requirements
- Manage audit, review, compilation engagements, and multiple teams
- Provide performance feedback to all members of those teams
- Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners in risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting
- Oversee daily operations of the audit engagement
- Research and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters and transactions
- Assist clients with GAAP compliance and the adoption of FASB Accounting Standard Updates
- Serve as an instructor in the firm, department training programs, and meetings
- Take part in and provide leadership in community, networking, and business development activities
