Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Stibo STEP Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM/PIMS) concepts and Stibo STEP functionalities
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis and user story documentation
• Hands-on experience in workflow configuration, attribute management and data governance setup
• Strong focus on data quality, compliance and data validation within PIM environments
• Experience supporting integrations between Stibo STEP, ERP and e-commerce systems
• Ability to produce user documentation and deliver training sessions to business users
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with XML/JSON for data exchange
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Talend or SAP CPI (nice to have)
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Fluent English required
• Stibo STEP or Business Analysis certifications are a plus
