Requirements
- Solid experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering
- Strong ability to analyse, clarify, and document business requirements with stakeholders
- Experience producing functional specifications and high-level technical documentation
- Knowledge of data modelling (conceptual, logical, and/or physical)
- Experience designing High-Level Models (HLMs) and high-level data architecture proposals
- Ability to create and maintain data flow diagrams and functional architecture documentation
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with UML and BPMN
- Experience with data modelling tools (e.g. ERwin, PowerDesigner)
- Experience with requirements management and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical teams
- Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks
