Requirements
- 4+ years of experience providing functional support for Salesforce
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (administration, configuration, best practices)
- Experience on Atlassian DataCenter and Cloud
- Experience in agile environments and complex enterprise setups
- Solid technical understanding of system analysis and configuration (optional: custom app development)
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and an independent, structured working style
