Chief Growth & Marketing Officer 

We're seeking an experienced Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to drive growth across our crypto, retail, and payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a crypto and digital assets environment, a strong grounding in retail and consumer behaviour, and a proven track record of scaling brands through measurable, data-led growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving growth and brand development across crypto, fintech or digital payment sectors
• Direct experience in B2C, B2B, and B2C2B go-to-market models and growth funnels
• Deep understanding of crypto and blockchain user behaviour, regulatory environments, and digital community dynamics
• Strong grounding in data-driven marketing, performance analytics, and ROI-based decision-making
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Financial literacy and commercial mindset to translate marketing activities into clear business outcomes
