Community Manager (Part Time Hours)

We're looking for a part-time Community Manager to manage and grow our online communities across Discord, Telegram, and Reddit. The role requires clear communication, sound judgement, and strong interpersonal skills in fast-moving online environments.

Requirements

• 1–2 years' experience in community management, moderation, or online customer engagement
• Hands-on experience managing Discord and Telegram communities
• Experience working with and implementing bots on Discord and Telegram
• Basic image editing skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable operating in high-volume or fast-paced online environments
• Strong judgement when handling sensitive, emotional, or escalated user interactions
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
