Job Description
Hyundai of Vacaville is seeking a Warranty Administrator to process and manage warranty claims, ensuring accurate claims submission and compliance with policies. The role involves reviewing repair orders, tracking claims status, and collaborating with various teams within the organization. Experience in an automotive dealership, particularly with Hyundai or Kia, is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of warranty administration experience in an automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of warranty claim processes and manufacturer guidelines
- Proficiency with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar)
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
