Job Description
WiSC Enterprises is seeking a Senior Program Manager with extensive expertise in systems engineering, agile acquisition, and lifecycle program execution. This role supports complex modernization and software development programs through full-spectrum program management and strategic planning. The position focuses on technical coordination and strategic planning across multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Serve as senior SETA advisor supporting systems engineering, transition planning, and acquisition documentation.
- Facilitate engineering and technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
- Track and maintain program schedules, budget forecasts, and milestone roadmaps.
- Support planning, preparation, and processing of Request for Change (RFC) documentation.
- Lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders to align modernization efforts.
- Oversee cross-functional program teams and provide strategic oversight.
- Develop agile artifacts to support scaled agile frameworks (SAFe), including product roadmaps and sprint documentation.
- Oversee cross-functional program teams and provide strategic oversight for subcontractor performance, budgeting, and deliverables.
