Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects in Airports, ensuring they are executed according to NEC contracts. The role involves contract administration, negotiation, cost management, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a key management role overseeing projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- Oversee and manage commercial and contractual functions of projects under NEC3/4 contracts.
- Provide expert advice on NEC3/4 contract administration.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Manage cost control and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Prepare applications for payment and final accounts.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance.
