Job Description
We're hiring a Paid Search Performance Marketing Manager to own Google Search, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads across desktop and mobile, driving high-intent users into our funnel. This is a hands-on role that requires daily platform management, weekly testing, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing Google Search Ads for B2C apps, SaaS, or subscription businesses
- Proven ownership of $50k+/month budgets with measurable CAC/ROAS improvements
- Strong Google Ads expertise
- Experience with Apple Search Ads for iOS and expansion to Android
- Fluency in GA4, an MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch), and product analytics tools (PostHog/Mixpanel/Amplitude)
