Requirements
- JD from a top-tier U.S. law school
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Deep experience in financial services, particularly startups or fast-scaling tech
- In-depth knowledge of Investment Advisers Act and relevant state/federal oversight
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort navigating ambiguous legal situations
- Strong communication skills
