Job Description
WithersRavenel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Residential Development practice. The role focuses on single-family and townhome communities, offering flexibility, career development opportunities, and the chance to directly improve quality of life through impactful projects. The position is a hybrid role based in downtown Cary, NC.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 7+ years of engineering/industry experience
- Demonstrated team management and coaching
- Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of contracts and project financials
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
