Job Description
WithersRavenel is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Site Civil Mixed-Use Development practice area. This role involves managing projects from infill to large-scale mixed-use developments throughout North Carolina, delivering success for clients and impacting communities. The position offers autonomy, support, and the opportunity to scale the team, expand the project portfolio and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 9+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management and coaching
- Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of industrial projects, contracts and project financials, including budgeting/forecasting
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
