Zoho CRM Experts

As a Zoho CRM Expert / Zoho Bigin Expert, you will configure, customize and maintain CRM systems to support sales, marketing and customer service teams. You'll ensure CRM processes are efficient, data is clean, workflows are automated, and system analytics provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin, including setup, customization, workflows and automations.
• Strong data-management skills: record-keeping, data hygiene, integration skills, synchronization across systems
• Ability to build useful dashboards, analytic reports and insights from CRM & Bigin usage
• Experience training or supporting users, producing documentation or process standards
• English fluency (written and spoken); fluency in one additional major language preferred (German, French, Portuguese, Italian or Spanish)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; proactive in suggesting improvements
