Requirements

• Study in the field of Resource Efficiency Management, Economics and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, or a comparable study program
• Knowledge of common MS-Office programs and "Lean Management Methods"
• Engagement, joy, and flexibility in new tasks
• Ability to bring people together and inspire them for change processes
• Independent, analytical, and structured way of working
• Good English skills and travel readiness in international Lean projects
• Team skills and a collegial demeanor
