Job Description
WKC is seeking a full-time Acoustics and Software Engineer to support the technical, commercial, administrative, and customer-facing aspects of its SoundPLAN software business in the UK, while also working on technical delivery of environmental consultancy projects, primarily in noise.
Requirements
- Preparing SoundPLAN quotations
- Issuing formal quotes and invoices to customers
- Processing incoming orders and coordinating license activation
- Tracking payments and liaising with WKC accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of all software customers, licenses, and subscriptions
- Supporting marketing and business development activities
- Provide technical software support to new and existing SoundPLAN customers
- Involvement in the delivery of SoundPLAN noise related training
- Prepare and deliver environmental consultancy proposals and technical reports
- Conduct on-site baseline measurements
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
