Job Description
To gain the skills, knowledge, and expertise to be considered a successful Market Manager, supervising and ensuring customer service, merchandising programs, and departmental operations in the meat/seafood department to achieve maximum sales.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. constantly
- Ability to read and understand information and directions
- Knowledge of meat/seafood products and operations
- Ability to supervise hosts including training and development
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job, including operating a computer
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
- Meat cutting experience preferred
