Job Description
Drive project governance, delivery assurance, and operational excellence as PMO Lead at WM Reply. Lead multiple client engagements, embed best-practice delivery frameworks, and oversee project health and risk management.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Proven experience creating and embedding project governance frameworks
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with a delivery-focused mindset
- Experience with resourcing, capacity planning, and project oversight
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot
