Job Description
The Electrical Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for electrical scopes of work on various projects, including commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities. Collaboration with preconstruction and project management teams is crucial to ensure timely and complete estimates, aligned with Wohlsen’s standards.
Requirements
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost analyses.
- Review design documents and drawings.
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Identify value engineering opportunities.
- Assist in developing conceptual estimates.
