Job Description
The Project Planner and Scheduler will be responsible for developing, updating, and managing the schedules for construction activities. This role focuses on achieving 95% of projects on time, with support from Project Superintendents, Project Managers, and the Director of Project Planning & Scheduling. The successful candidate will contribute to schedule improvement, workflow development, and project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience preparing CPM schedules for construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, contract drawings and specifications.
- Construction knowledge required to understand sequencing of project tasks and activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work additional hours as necessary.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and travel regularly.
- Physical Requirements: Minimal standing/walking, limited sit/stand, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
