The role involves operational quality and administrative management, contributing to a dynamically growing company with a culture of openness and appreciation.
Requirements
- Completed qualification in quality management, administration, health management, business administration, or a similar field
- Several years of experience in quality and/or administrative management, ideally in the healthcare or social sector
- Willingness to travel to company locations
- Knowledge of process, risk, and complaint management
- Confident use of MS Office
- Experience with MediFox
- Communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured working style
