Job Description
Join Wolseley Canada and James Electric Motor Services Ltd. as a Technical Inside Sales Representative and provide superior customer service to customers over the phone, via email or in person. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, making product recommendations, and ensuring accurate delivery times.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pump sales within a business-to-business environment
- Technical knowledge of pumps, electric motors, fans, and blowers
- Ability to read and interpret pump data sheets
- Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and building effective customer relationships
