Job Description
At Wolt, we're looking for a Retail Onboarding Associate to guide new retail partners through every stage of their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth, professional, and well-supported start on Wolt. The role involves collaborating with various teams, communicating with partners, and using systems and tools to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Support, Customer Success, or Account Management
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Fluent German and English skills (C1 level); additional languages are a plus
