Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our largest SMB merchants, increasing the adoption of Wolt's products and driving their growth on the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a client-facing, commercial role
• Commercial acumen with a consultative approach to client management
• Data-driven decision-making with knowledge of analytical dashboards (e.g. Looker, Power BI)
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit audience
• High sense of ownership and proactivity
• Fluent in German and excellent English skills
