Lead Product Software Engineer

DXG, Wolters Kluwer's central product technology organization, is looking for a Lead Product Software Engineer to develop a core platform supporting the Health division. The role requires a highly experienced engineer with expertise in Java and NodeJS, who can lead and mentor a team and develop high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Design, develop, test, and debug implementations of complex software solutions in Java or NodeJS.
• Lead, coach, and guide a team of senior and junior engineers.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze, plan, and estimate development tasks.
• Take ownership of business features from technical design to implementation.
• Multitask as a hands-on developer and assist other developers.
