Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with 7-11 years of experience to lead the development of large-scale, highly reliable systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building software that is resistant to failure and has empathy for customers. They will work closely with engineering teams to execute on the product roadmap and collaborate with other product managers to improve reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or similar program
- 7-8 years of experience with SDLC
- 4-5 years of experience as an independent Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager role
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Deep customer empathy
- Experience driving all aspects of the software development lifecycle with development teams
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong ability to gather and interpret complex and relevant data
- Passionate about sharing experiences and knowledge and growing peers
- Visio expertise to create systems or other simple logical drawings and mapped workflows
