Job Description
Wolverine Building Group is seeking a Project Manager to provide technical leadership and oversight for commercial construction projects. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and contracts, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position involves two months in Grand Rapids, then a relocation to Kalamazoo.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Expertise in Design-Build and Industrial market segments.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
