We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Merrell store in Foley, AL. As a retail leader, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales and profit results, and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in a management role in a fast-paced retail environment
• Commercial approach with a proven sales background and previous experience setting and delivering store KPIs
• Exceptional customer service and team management skills
• Proficient in POS systems
• Budget management experience, including payroll, expenses, etc.
• High School diploma or equivalent
