Assistant Teacher Float - Preschool

We are looking for an Assistant Teacher Float to help deliver lessons inspired by the Creative Curriculum and PA Early Learning Standards at our Star 4 Pottstown center. In this role, you'll help foster an environment that supports every child's unique journey and develop your skills and talents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least two years' experience in early childcare education
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Understanding of DHS licensing, Keystone Stars, and accreditation standards
• Ability to manage a multicultural classroom environment
• Current clearances (PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI, NSOR) and a Health Assessment with TB test
