People Operations Partner (all genders) – full-time or part-time

WongDoody is a creative technology agency with 2,000 colleagues across four continents. We are looking for a People Operations Partner to join our Central Services team in Stuttgart, DE. The role involves supporting employees and leaders in all topics related to people operations, introducing and developing HR systems, ensuring compliance and data protection standards, and taking an active role in strategic and operational people operations projects.

Requirements

• Completed degree or equivalent training in the personnel department
• At least three years of experience in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of labor and social security law
• Routine in payroll processes and the implementation of people operations projects
• Experience working with professional HCM and HR tools
• Experience with Workday and its introduction
• German and English language skills
• Ability to communicate safely and authentically across hierarchy levels and topics
