Job Description
Wood is recruiting for a Commissioning Manager (Lead) to join its Commissioning Services business, focusing on onshore major capital projects. This role involves direct and execute commissioning activities for greenfield/brownfield oil & gas upstream projects in Canada. Requirements
- Prepare commissioning philosophy, schedule, and procedures during the project execution phase
- Commission and start-up all systems
- Oversee day-to-day commissioning activities, directing a team of commissioning engineers, technicians, operations personnel, and vendor support personnel
- Interface with client management regarding commissioning and start-up
- Develop and maintain the commissioning budget
- Review commissioning test equipment and material take-offs
- Develop vendor call-out requirements
