Job Description
Wood is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Qatar on a long-term contract. The role involves executing project work within study, FEED, EPC and PMC scopes, focusing on safety, quality, and cost targets. This is a key role delivering across a wide range of projects with experience in offshore oil & gas, onshore oil & gas and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Experience in offshore oil & gas.
- Experience in onshore oil & gas.
- Strong understanding of power system studies and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of SKM, ETAP, or SPEL software packages.
- Excellent understanding of plant design and equipment layout.
- Knowledge of material take off for the electrical discipline.
- Experience with site surveys and data gathering.
- Strong communication skills and experience in client liaison.
