Job Description
Wood is seeking an experienced Lead Civil & Structural Engineer to design, operate, and maintain rotating equipment in projects across the UK, Norway, and the Middle East and Africa. The role involves overseeing design, performance, and compliance with industry standards. They aim to provide solutions to the energy and materials markets and build partnerships with clients.
Requirements
- Lead Engineer in Engineering Design & Detailing of Civil & Structural works of Oil & Gas projects
- Hands on experience on model review in SP3D / E3D /PDS / PDMS platform
- Experience on preparation of the Design calculation through XL spread sheet
- Achievement of safety standards as defined in the performance contract
- Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems
- Maintain technical quality of work
- Review, prepare, check and/or approve work output
- Ensure adherence to codes, standards, regulations, and procedures
- Maintain disciplinary filing system
- Encourage and provide lateral learning within the project
