Job Description
Wood is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their PMC team on a major capital petrochemical project in the region. Experience with large capital projects, from FEED through EPC, is essential, including on-site mobilization to Singapore during the construction phase. Wood is a leading engineering, procurement, and project management company committed to delivering safe and sustainable projects.
Requirements
- Lead the Wood PMC team providing oversight of EPC Contractor activities.
- Establish effective communication and coordination procedures with Client and EPC Contractor.
- Establish quality plan for review of EPC Contractor activities and deliverables.
- Actively engage with the EPC Contractor to ensure it meets its contractual responsibilities.
- Report regularly to Client on project status.
- Analyze and interrogate EPC Contractor schedules and progress reports.
- Support resolution of EPC Contractor queries.
- Review and comment on EPC Contractor Change Requests.
- Manage Wood's commercial interests on the project.
- Support establishment of a Wood team at site.
