Job Description
Wood is recruiting for a Senior Project Engineering Specialist to join their Oil, Gas & New Energies team in Calgary, AB. The role involves overall project engineering management for the delivery of projects in terms of cost, schedule, technical conformance, and quality.
Requirements
- Coordinate multi-discipline input to engineering deliverables
- Coordinate input of single engineering discipline within multiple office locations
- Plan individual work activities and manage time
- Follow and deliver against project engineering manhour budget and schedule requirements
- Report on progress issues to facilitate resolution
- Design Verification: Participate in design reviews to learn requirements and follow up on actions
- Change Management: Support implementation of approved changes
- People Management: Coordinate work of a team of technical professionals in the delivery of project engineering deliverables
