Job Description
As an Applied AI Engineer at Wordware, you'll build, refine, and scale agent systems for AI collaboration. You'll work across the stack to make sure agents are robust, useful, and usable, with a focus on production performance and uptime.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience, including time shipping production software
- Experience with RAG pipelines, agent memory systems, tool use and orchestration, evaluation, and production-grade code
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or DSPy, or strong opinions about why you don’t use them
