Job Description
Wordware is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the full funnel of a transformative AI tool for knowledge workers. This full-time, in-person role focuses on understanding user behavior, creating value, and scaling growth channels to build a thriving company. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and proficient in both experimental growth and traditional marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of growth marketing experience at a high-growth B2B or prosumer company.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition.
- Deep experience with the full marketing stack (attribution, analytics, automation, A/B testing, paid acquisition, CRM).
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences.
- Experience in high-growth, venture-backed environments.
