Job Description
The Construction HVAC Foreman will oversee HVAC installation teams on commercial and residential projects, ensuring safe and code-compliant installations. This role involves leading and supervising a crew, interpreting blueprints, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining a high-quality site. The position requires a strong understanding of HVAC codes, systems, and materials.
Requirements
- Valid RI Journeyman Refrigeration, Pipefitter, or Sheet Metal license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Foreman
- Strong understanding of HVAC codes, systems, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical layouts
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
