Job Description
This Construction Plumbing Foreman position requires a skilled master plumber to lead plumbing teams on commercial and residential construction projects in Lincoln, RI. The role involves ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality installations, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining code compliance. It's a leadership position requiring experience in reading blueprints, supervising crew members, and solving problems on site.
Requirements
- Valid RI Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman in a commercial or construction setting.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
