Requirements
- Analyzing project blueprints and documentation to produce precise estimates.
- Assessing cost-effectiveness and monitoring project expenses.
- Collaborating with clients, vendors, and foremen.
- Preparing comprehensive documentation for management.
- Maintaining a detailed directory of industry suppliers and subcontractors.
- Setting up robust cost monitoring and reporting systems.
- Regular standing/walking, occasional ladder/stair work, and ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
