Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems
- Associate degree from 2-year college or Technical School preferred
- Valid EPA certification is highly preferred
- OSHA, NATE or CFC certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in various settings, including attics and crawl spaces
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
