Requirements
- Proven sales experience (5+ years), preferably in SaaS or HR software involving prospecting, lead qualification, and closing.
- SaaS knowledge: strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, you know your MRR from your LTV.
- Management experience: minimum of 2 years managing and developing a sales team.
- Track record of success: consistent achievement (or overachievement) of sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Coaching & development: skilled at mentoring sales reps to elevate performance and reach career goals.
- Communication & influence: excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship building: proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and team members.
- CRM expertise: previous experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM) to drive team productivity and pipeline efficiency.
