Job Description
Workana is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines powering mission-critical applications. This role involves automation, cloud architecture, monitoring, and security, impacting the engineering organization's capabilities. The company is focused on building intelligent customer experiences through technology and cloud solutions within a global digital company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with hands-on expertise with AWS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Ansible, Terraform).
- Experience with Linux system administration and configuration management tools.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
- Solid programming/scripting skills in at least one of: Python, Bash, Go, Ruby, PHP, or Node.js.
- Experience with Docker and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS).
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance (PCI, SOC2, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
