• 5+ years of PHP development (frameworks, design patterns, performance optimization, security best practices)
• 5+ years of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES6+, responsive design, async programming, build/optimization tools)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
• Experience with legacy system maintenance and modernization
• Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architecture
