Job Description
WorkerHero is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to expand their customer acquisition engine. The role involves testing and scaling new paid and referral channels, with a focus on Google Ads and partnership building. You'll work closely with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities and execute experiments, contributing to a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in performance/growth marketing
- Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads (Search and Display)
- Experience building or managing referral or affiliate partnerships
- Strong analytical mindset
- Hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills in English
