We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Core Recognition product team, responsible for owning and evolving a key part of the recognition experience used by millions of employees around the world.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning user-facing B2B software products at enterprise scale
- Strong product leadership and outcome-driven decision-making
- High comfort operating in ambiguity and translating complex problem spaces into clear direction and executable plans
- Deep partnership with Engineering and Design
- Clear, persuasive communication skills
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy and execution
