Job Description
The company is seeking a motivated IT Team Manager to lead a 5-person Client Management Team in Hamburg. The role involves leading a team, implementing IT for end devices, coordinating software management, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with other departments to create a scalable and secure IT landscape. The position offers a future-proof environment with dynamic and short decision-making.
Requirements
- Completed studies in (economic) Information Technology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in client management
- Strong expertise in Intune
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
- International experience and intercultural competence
- First (at least professional) leadership experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments
- Experience in IT security & compliance
- Knowledge of automation, scripting (e.g. PowerShell) and monitoring solutions
- High degree of organizational skill, communication skills and decisiveness
- Hands-on mentality
